The Cape Cod Crush is a girls hockey program for girls ages 4 and up. For the 2007-2008 season,
The Cape Cod Crush will have 4 teams playing in the
Baystate Girls Hockey League. U10, U12/14,
U14A and a U16 Split season team. Our Program will also include Learn-to-Play, Skills and Cross
Ice Clinics that will resume this fall.  Any player from any town will be able and is encouraged to
play with us.

TRAVEL
Travel Teams will be skill appropriate for each age division, playing up will be allowed.  See our
Rules of Operation for decisions about playing up.  These teams will be coached to prepare for
high school and college level play.   Each team will be placed in the skill appropriate bracket of
the most competitive league possible.

CLINIC
This clinic will teach beginner level players the basics of hockey and prepare them for team play
in the following year.  Intense focus will be placed on skating skills.   Both on and off-ice time will
be a part of the clinic.  We are interested in making this clinic available to as many girls as
possible and will strive to help to build the  local girls hockey programs up from this level.

Learn to Play, Skills and Cross Ice Clinics will be held by the Cape Cod Crush throughout the
year. It will be made available to ALL female players of ALL area girls programs.

Separate goalie clinics will be part of either the Skills or Learn-to-Play clinics and will also be
available to every player.
